Incorporez progressivement 50 ml d\u2019eau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chauffez le M\u00e9lange<\/strong>&nbsp;: Placez la casserole \u00e0 feu moyen et portez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, en remuant constamment jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre et l\u2019agar-agar soient compl\u00e8tement dissous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ajoutez le Lait et la Cr\u00e8me<\/strong>&nbsp;: Baissez le feu et versez lentement 250 ml de lait et 250 ml de cr\u00e8me, en remuant continuellement. Chauffez le m\u00e9lange jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit chaud mais non bouillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laissez Refroidir L\u00e9g\u00e8rement<\/strong>&nbsp;: Retirez la casserole du feu et laissez le m\u00e9lange refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, en remuant de temps en temps pour \u00e9viter la formation d\u2019une peau \u00e0 la surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9parez les Fruits<\/strong>&nbsp;: Pendant que le m\u00e9lange refroidit, pr\u00e9parez vos fruits frais en les coupant en morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Assemblez le Dessert<\/strong>&nbsp;: Dans des verres de service ou un grand bol, disposez les fruits coup\u00e9s au fond.
