{"id":1049,"date":"2023-04-23T20:44:23","date_gmt":"2023-04-23T20:44:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=1049"},"modified":"2023-04-23T20:44:23","modified_gmt":"2023-04-23T20:44:23","slug":"croissants-caseros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=1049","title":{"rendered":"CROISSANTS CASEROS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para la masa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">400ml de leche tibia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100g de az\u00facar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7g <a><\/a>de levadura seca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 huevo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15ml de aceite<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pizca de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10g de az\u00facar de vainilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">600g de harina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100g de mantequilla derretida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. En un taz\u00f3n, combine la leche tibia, el az\u00facar y la levadura instant\u00e1nea. Batir bien y dejar reposar durante 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Vierta el aceite, agregue el huevo y el az\u00facar de vainilla, y bata para combinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Agregue la harina y la sal, y comience a mezclar la masa con una esp\u00e1tula. Luego contin\u00fae amas\u00e1ndolo con las manos hasta que se junte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Agregue mantequilla y contin\u00fae amasando hasta que reciba una masa el\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Cubra y deje reposar durante 1 hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Divida la masa obtenida en 10-12 piezas y enrolle cada pieza en una bola. Cubrir con una envoltura de pl\u00e1stico y dejar reposar durante 15 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Haz rodar cada bola en forma ovalada larga. Dobla el \u00f3valo por la mitad a lo largo y enr\u00f3llalo para recibir un croissant. Continuar con la masa restante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Coloque los croissants en una bandeja para hornear forrada con pergamino. Cubra y deje reposar durante 15-20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Precaliente el horno a 180\u00b0C\/360\u00b0F. Pincelar los bollos con leche y hornear durante 25 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.
