Incorporer progressivement la farine et le sel jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te. P\u00e9trir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.<br>Laisser lever la p\u00e2te\u00a0: placer la p\u00e2te dans un bol huil\u00e9, couvrir et laisser lever jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle double de volume.<br>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture\u00a0: m\u00e9langez le beurre ramolli avec la cassonade, la cannelle, la poudre de cacao et les Oreos \u00e9cras\u00e9s.<br>Assembler les rouleaux : Rouler la p\u00e2te en un rectangle, \u00e9taler la garniture et rouler fermement. Couper en rouleaux et placer dans un plat allant au four pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Laissez-vous lever \u00e0 nouveau.<br>Cuire au four : Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s et cuire au four pendant 25 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s. \u00c9vitez de trop cuire.<br>Pr\u00e9parez le gla\u00e7age\u00a0: Battez ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients du gla\u00e7age jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.<br>Terminer et servir : \u00c9talez le gla\u00e7age sur les petits pains chauds et saupoudrez d&#8217;Oreos \u00e9cras\u00e9s.
