Presser au fond d&#8217;un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re de 9 pouces. Mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant la pr\u00e9paration de la garniture.<br>Pr\u00e9parez la sauce aux myrtilles : faites cuire 2 tasses de myrtilles \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles commencent \u00e0 \u00e9clater. R\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e au mixeur plongeant, puis filtrer pour enlever les peaux ; laisser refroidir.<br>Pr\u00e9parez le m\u00e9lange de chocolat blanc : faites fondre le chocolat blanc avec la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse en remuant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse ; laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<br>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture du cheesecake\u00a0: Battez le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me avec le sucre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un, puis l&#8217;extrait de vanille et le chocolat blanc fondu.<br>Assemblez le Cheesecake : Versez la moiti\u00e9 de la garniture sur la cro\u00fbte, ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 de la sauce aux myrtilles, puis le reste de la garniture et de la sauce. Agiter avec un cure-dent.<br>Cuire au four : \u00c0 325 \u00b0F (163 \u00b0C) pendant environ 50 \u00e0 60 minutes. \u00c9teignez le four, laissez refroidir avec la porte l\u00e9g\u00e8rement entrouverte.<br>Refroidir : R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au moins 4 heures, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence toute la nuit.<br>Garnir et servir : Garnir de myrtilles fra\u00eeches et de copeaux de chocolat blanc.
