Trempez ensuite la lani\u00e8re de poulet dans les \u0153ufs battus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, passez la bande dans le m\u00e9lange de chapelure en appuyant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pour que la chapelure adh\u00e8re bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chauffer suffisamment d&#8217;huile dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites frire les lani\u00e8res de poulet pan\u00e9es par lots jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient dor\u00e9es et croustillantes, environ 3 \u00e0 4 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retirez les lani\u00e8res de poulet et d\u00e9posez-les sur du papier absorbant pour \u00e9liminer l&#8217;exc\u00e8s d&#8217;huile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Servez les lani\u00e8res de poulet croustillantes avec votre sauce pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e, comme du ketchup, de la sauce barbecue ou une vinaigrette ranch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et voila!
