Pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elles ne brunissent, vous pouvez m\u00e9langer les tranches de pomme dans un peu de jus de citron.<br>Pr\u00e9parez la vinaigrette\u00a0:<br>Dans un petit bol, fouettez ensemble 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Ajoutez du sel au go\u00fbt. Cette vinaigrette simple r\u00e9unira toutes les saveurs de votre salade.<br>Combiner et m\u00e9langer\u00a0:<br>Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langer le chou tranch\u00e9, la carotte r\u00e2p\u00e9e, la pomme tranch\u00e9e et l&#8217;oignon nouveau tranch\u00e9 finement.<br>Versez la vinaigrette sur la salade et m\u00e9langez le tout jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit bien enrob\u00e9. La vinaigrette fera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mariner les ingr\u00e9dients, rehaussant ainsi leurs saveurs naturelles.<br>Servir:<br>Servez la salade imm\u00e9diatement pour un maximum de croquant, ou laissez-la reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant environ une heure pour fusionner davantage les saveurs.
