conserve (poids \u00e9goutt\u00e9 240 g)<br>40 g de roquette<br>50 g de tomates cerises<br>Huile d&#8217;olive extra vierge<br>Jus de citron<br>1 gousse d&#8217;ail<br>Sel<br>Curry<br>Persil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br>Comment pr\u00e9parer une salade de crevettes aux pois chiches et \u00e0 la roquette ?<br>Nettoyer les crevettes, retirer les pattes et la carapace pour ne laisser que la queue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coupez le dos de chaque crevette avec un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retirez l&#8217;intestin et jetez-le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rincez bien les crevettes, \u00e9gouttez-les et s\u00e9chez-les avec du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Versez quelques cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et une gousse d&#8217;ail dans une po\u00eale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites chauffer une minute puis ajoutez les crevettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arrosez d&#8217;un peu de jus de citron, ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de curry et de persil frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assaisonner de sel et cuire environ 3-4 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lavez la roquette et les tomates cerises sous l&#8217;eau courante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coupez-les en deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9gouttez les pois chiches du liquide de conservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenez un saladier et mettez-y tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remuer et rectifier l&#8217;assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assaisonnez avec un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et une poign\u00e9e de persil frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La salade de crevettes aux pois chiches et roquette est
