Tapisser une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<br>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer le poulet hach\u00e9, la chapelure, l&#8217;oignon r\u00e2p\u00e9, l&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9, le persil hach\u00e9, la menthe hach\u00e9e, l&#8217;origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9, le cumin moulu, le sel, le poivre noir et l&#8217;\u0153uf. M\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<br>Fa\u00e7onnez le m\u00e9lange en petites boulettes de viande d&#8217;environ 1 pouce de diam\u00e8tre et placez-les sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pr\u00e9par\u00e9e.<br>Arroser les boulettes de viande d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient bien cuites et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es.<br>Pendant que les boulettes cuisent, pr\u00e9parez la sauce tzatziki. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer le yaourt grec, le concombre r\u00e2p\u00e9, l&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9, le jus de citron, l&#8217;aneth hach\u00e9, le sel et le poivre.
