Beurrer un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re de 9 pouces.<br>Dans un bol moyen, m\u00e9langer la chapelure de biscuits Graham et le beurre fondu jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9. Presser sur le fond du moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<br>Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer la pur\u00e9e de bananes et le jus de citron. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br>Dans un grand bol, battre le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et le sucre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse. Ajouter les \u0153ufs, un \u00e0 la fois, en battant bien apr\u00e8s chaque ajout.<br>Incorporer la cr\u00e8me sure, l&#8217;extrait de vanille et la farine jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse et bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9e.<br>Incorporer d\u00e9licatement le m\u00e9lange de bananes \u00e9cras\u00e9es et les fraises hach\u00e9es jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9parties.<br>Versez la p\u00e2te dans la cro\u00fbte pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et lissez le dessus avec une spatule.<br>Cuire au four pendant 60 \u00e0 70 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le centre soit presque pris.<br>\u00c9teignez le four et laissez refroidir le cheesecake dans le four porte ferm\u00e9e pendant 1 heure.<br>Retirer du four et laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement sur une grille.
