Tapisser le fond de deux moules \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de 8 pouces de papier parchemin. Pour la g\u00e9noise, m\u00e9langer les pistaches moulues, la farine, la levure chimique et le sel. Battre les \u0153ufs, le sucre et la vanille jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse et double de volume. Incorporer d\u00e9licatement les ingr\u00e9dients secs et le beurre fondu. R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te dans les moules et cuire au four pendant 25 minutes. Pour la gel\u00e9e, r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e les framboises, le sucre et le jus de citron. Filtrer et chauffer avec la g\u00e9latine jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 dissolution. Laisser refroidir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pris, puis \u00e9taler sur une couche de g\u00e2teau. Pour le gla\u00e7age, battre le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et le beurre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse. Ajoutez progressivement le sucre en poudre et la vanille. R\u00e9partir sur la gel\u00e9e prise. Pour le gla\u00e7age, m\u00e9langez le sucre, l&#8217;eau et la g\u00e9latine. Ajouter le lait concentr\u00e9, puis verser sur le chocolat blanc ; m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse. Ajoutez le colorant vert, laissez refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, puis versez sur le gla\u00e7age. Garnir de framboises fra\u00eeches, de pistaches et de feuilles d&#8217;or facultatives.
