Remuer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que tous les ingr\u00e9dients soient bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9s.<br>Tamisez la farine, la levure chimique et le sel dans les ingr\u00e9dients humides. M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e9paisse se forme. \u00c9vitez de trop m\u00e9langer pour garder les beignets tendres.<br><strong>Chauffer l&#8217;huile:<br><\/strong>Versez l&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 une profondeur d&#8217;environ 2 pouces. Chauffer l&#8217;huile \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle soit chaude. Une petite goutte de p\u00e2te doit gr\u00e9siller lorsqu&#8217;elle est plong\u00e9e dans l&#8217;huile.<br><strong>Faire frire les beignets\u00a0:<br><\/strong>D\u00e9posez d\u00e9licatement des cuiller\u00e9es de p\u00e2te dans l&#8217;huile chaude. Ne surchargez pas la po\u00eale.<br>Faites frire les beignets jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient dor\u00e9s et bien cuits, environ 3 \u00e0 4 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br>Retirez les beignets avec une \u00e9cumoire et \u00e9gouttez-les sur du papier absorbant.<br><strong>Portion:<br><\/strong>Servir les beignets chauds.
