Beurrer un plat allant au four.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la cocotte :<br><\/strong>Faire bouillir les tranches de pommes de terre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient juste tendres, environ 10 minutes\u00a0; vidange.<br>Dans un grand bol, fouettez les \u0153ufs avec le sel, le paprika et la ciboulette.<br>Disposez la moiti\u00e9 des pommes de terre dans le plat allant au four pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Saupoudrer un peu de mozzarella et d&#8217;aneth sur les pommes de terre. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez avec le reste des pommes de terre, de la mozzarella et de l&#8217;aneth.<br>Versez uniform\u00e9ment le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u0153ufs sur les pommes de terre en couches.<br>Mettre au four et cuire au four environ 45 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les \u0153ufs soient pris et que le dessus soit dor\u00e9.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez le saut\u00e9 :<br><\/strong>Pendant que la cocotte cuit, faites chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen.
