Beurrer un plat rectangulaire allant au four ou le tapisser de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te :<br><\/strong>Dans un grand bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer, fouetter ensemble les \u0153ufs et le k\u00e9fir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<br>Tamisez la farine et la levure chimique dans le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u0153ufs et fouettez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit lisse.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez les l\u00e9gumes et le jambon\u00a0:<br><\/strong>\u00c9pluchez et r\u00e2pez les pommes de terre. Tranchez finement la tige de poireau.<br>Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langez les pommes de terre r\u00e2p\u00e9es, les tranches de poireau et le jambon hach\u00e9. Ajoutez du sel et du poivre noir au go\u00fbt.<br><strong>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0:<br><\/strong>Incorporez le m\u00e9lange de pommes de terre \u00e0 la p\u00e2te en vous assurant que les ingr\u00e9dients sont uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9partis.<br><strong>Assemblez le g\u00e2teau\u00a0:<br><\/strong>Versez le m\u00e9lange dans le plat allant au four pr\u00e9par\u00e9. R\u00e9partissez-le uniform\u00e9ment.<br>Saupoudrer le dessus de fromage mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9.<br><strong>Cuire<\/strong>:<br>Mettre au four et cuire au four environ 40 \u00e0 45 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit dor\u00e9 et croustillant.<br><strong>Garnir et servir\u00a0:<br><\/strong>Retirer du four et laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.
