Chauffer sur la cuisini\u00e8re jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duire le feu et remuer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement. Hors du feu, ajoutez un morceau de beurre \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me, m\u00e9langez bien.
