Porree, M\u00f6hren und Zwiebeln in Scheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Butter in einen Topf geben und das Gem\u00fcse anbraten. Anschlie\u00dfend die Br\u00fche, die Milch und Thymian dazugeben und ca. 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Als n\u00e4chstes die Erbsen und die Sahne zuf\u00fcgen und weitere 10-15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zum Schluss die Suppe mit Salz, Pfeffer, Schnittlauch und Petersilie w\u00fcrzen und abschmecken.
