Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 30 \u00e0 35 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez les herbes fra\u00eeches. S\u00e9parez les feuilles de basilic, de persil et de coriandre des tiges et hachez-les finement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apr\u00e8s 30 \u00e0 35 minutes, ajoutez les herbes hach\u00e9es et le poivre noir \u00e0 la sauce. Cuire encore 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 part, faites chauffer l&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et ajoutez les gousses d&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9es.
