Je ne comprends pas pourquoi je ne l\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert que r\u00e9cemment. Le produit fini est si aromatique et riche que tout le monde est ravi. Au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, j&#8217;ai cuisin\u00e9 et mis en conserve 15 \u00e0 20 bocaux \u00e0 la fois, et au milieu du froid, nous en manquons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que la composition ne contienne ni vinaigre ni huile, le lecho s&#8217;av\u00e8re particuli\u00e8rement savoureux : avec une l\u00e9g\u00e8re douceur et piquante.
