Ajouter l&#8217;oignon hach\u00e9 et faire revenir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit dor\u00e9 et tendre.<br>M\u00e9langer le thon et l&#8217;oignon : \u00c9goutter la bo\u00eete de thon et l&#8217;ajouter \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec les oignons saut\u00e9s. Bien m\u00e9langer et cuire quelques minutes.<br>Pr\u00e9parez le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u0153ufs : Dans un bol, fouettez ensemble les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse, le sel, le poivre noir et la muscade.<br>Assemblez la cuisson : Dans un plat allant au four, \u00e9talez une couche de riz cuit. Garnir du m\u00e9lange de thon et d&#8217;oignons. Versez uniform\u00e9ment le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u0153ufs et de cr\u00e8me sur le dessus.<br>Ajouter le fromage et le beurre : Saupoudrer de fromage Mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9 et parsemer de petits morceaux de beurre.<br>Cuisson : Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 190\u00b0C (380\u00b0F).
