Bien m\u00e9langer.<br>Ajoutez progressivement 6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude en m\u00e9langeant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.<br>Hachez les noix et incorporez-les \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<br><strong>Assemblage du g\u00e2teau :<br><\/strong>Versez la moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te dans le plat allant au four graiss\u00e9.<br>R\u00e9partir uniform\u00e9ment les pommes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es sur la p\u00e2te.<br>Versez le reste de la p\u00e2te sur les pommes.<br><strong>P\u00e2tisserie:<br><\/strong>Cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 pendant 35 \u00e0 40 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre en ressorte propre.<br><strong>La touche finale:<br><\/strong>Une fois le g\u00e2teau cuit, sortez-le du four et laissez-le refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<br>Versez un filet de miel sur le dessus du g\u00e2teau.<br>Saupoudrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement les flocons de noix de coco sur le miel.<br><strong>Portion:<br><\/strong>Coupez le g\u00e2teau en carr\u00e9s et servez ti\u00e8de ou \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
