M\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.<br>Faites chauffer une po\u00eale l\u00e9g\u00e8rement beurr\u00e9e \u00e0 feu moyen. Versez environ 1\/4 tasse de p\u00e2te dans la po\u00eale, en l&#8217;inclinant pour la r\u00e9partir uniform\u00e9ment.<br>Cuire environ 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s. Retirer et r\u00e9server. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez avec le reste de la p\u00e2te.<br><strong>Caram\u00e9liser les p\u00eaches :<br><\/strong>Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, ajouter les tranches de p\u00eaches et une pinc\u00e9e de sucre. Cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les p\u00eaches soient tendres et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es. Laisser refroidir.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la chantilly :<br><\/strong>Dans un bol, fouettez la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 formation de pics fermes. \u00c9ventuellement, sucrez avec du sucre ou de l&#8217;extrait de vanille au go\u00fbt.<br><strong>Croustiller la pancetta\u00a0:<br><\/strong>Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, cuire la pancetta jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle soit croustillante. \u00c9goutter sur du papier absorbant puis \u00e9mietter.<br><strong>Assemblez les rouleaux de cr\u00eapes\u00a0:<br><\/strong>Posez une cr\u00eape \u00e0 plat sur une surface propre. \u00c9talez dessus une couche de chantilly.<br>Ajoutez quelques tranches de p\u00eaches caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es et parsemez de pancetta \u00e9miett\u00e9e.<br>Roulez d\u00e9licatement la cr\u00eape.
