fouett\u00e9e surgel\u00e9e, d\u00e9congel\u00e9e<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de zeste de citron frais (facultatif, pour une saveur am\u00e9lior\u00e9e)<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre en poudre (pour saupoudrer)<br><strong>Directions<\/strong>:<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te :<\/strong> Laissez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte d\u00e9congeler pendant 10 minutes \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour une manipulation plus facile.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9chauffer et pr\u00e9parer\u00a0:<\/strong> Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 425\u00a0\u00b0F (218\u00a0\u00b0C) et vaporisez les formes de cannoli d&#8217;un enduit \u00e0 cuisson antiadh\u00e9sif.<br><strong>Couper la p\u00e2te : <\/strong>Sur une surface farin\u00e9e, d\u00e9coupez des cercles dans la cro\u00fbte \u00e0 tarte \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un emporte-pi\u00e8ce de 4 \u00bd pouces.<br><strong>Former les cannolis\u00a0:<\/strong> enroulez chaque cercle de p\u00e2te autour d&#8217;une forme de cannoli, en scellant les bords avec de la dorure \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153uf.<br><strong>Refroidir et cuire au four\u00a0:<\/strong> Refroidissez les formes emball\u00e9es au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 10 minutes, puis faites cuire au four pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient dor\u00e9es.<br><strong>Refroidir et retirer\u00a0:<\/strong> laissez les cannolis refroidir avant de les faire glisser doucement hors des formes.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture<\/strong>\u00a0: m\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me de citron et les peluches de guimauve, puis incorporez la garniture fouett\u00e9e et le zeste de citron.<br><strong>Remplissez les cannolis : <\/strong>R\u00e9frig\u00e9rez la garniture, puis versez-la dans les coquilles de cannoli juste avant
