M\u00e9langez d\u2019abord la farine avec la levure, le sel et 190 grammes de sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Ajouter ensuite le zeste de deux citrons, les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, la vanilline, l\u2019huile et le jus de citron dilu\u00e9 dans l\u2019eau.<br>3. Battre s\u00e9par\u00e9ment les blancs d\u2019\u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me de tartre et les 190 grammes de sucre restants.<br>4. M\u00e9langez le tout et versez le m\u00e9lange dans un moule.<br>5. Cuire au four \u00e0 160 degr\u00e9s pendant 70 minutes.<br>6.
