sel<br>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<br>\u00be tasse de farine tout usage<br>Sucre en poudre (pour rouler)<br><strong>Pour la garniture et la garniture\u00a0:<br><\/strong>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe + \u2154 tasse de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e \u00e9paisse<br>7 coupes de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te Reese, hach\u00e9es (environ 1 tasse)<br>1 tasse de p\u00e9pites de chocolat mi-sucr\u00e9<br><strong>Instructions :<br>Pr\u00e9parez le g\u00e2teau\u00a0:<br><\/strong>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350\u00b0F.<br>Pr\u00e9parez un moule \u00e0 gel\u00e9e avec du papier d&#8217;aluminium et un enduit \u00e0 cuisson.<br>M\u00e9langez les \u0153ufs, le sucre, le caf\u00e9 et la vanille.<br>Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients secs et r\u00e9partir dans la po\u00eale.<br>Cuire au four pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.<br>Rouler le g\u00e2teau chaud dans un torchon sucr\u00e9 et laisser refroidir.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture\u00a0:<br><\/strong>Battre le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et le beurre d&#8217;arachide.<br>Ajouter le sucre en poudre, la vanille et la cr\u00e8me jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.<br>Incorporer les coupes de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te hach\u00e9es.<br><strong>Assembler:<br><\/strong>D\u00e9roulez le g\u00e2teau, \u00e9talez la garniture et relancez.<br>Refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la garniture\u00a0:<br><\/strong>Micro-ondes les p\u00e9pites de chocolat et la cr\u00e8me, fouetter jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse.<br>R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement.<br><strong>D\u00e9corer:<br><\/strong>Versez la ganache sur le g\u00e2teau refroidi et recouvrez d&#8217;autres coupes de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te.<br>Refroidissez, tranchez et
