Disposer les tortellinis cuits au fond d&#8217;un plat allant au four de 9 x 13 pouces. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br>Assaisonner le poulet\u00a0: Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, l&#8217;assaisonnement italien, le sel et le poivre. Enrober les poitrines de poulet du m\u00e9lange.<br>Griller le poulet : Griller le poulet \u00e0 feu moyen-vif (425 \u00e0 450 \u00b0F) pendant 7 \u00e0 8 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature interne atteigne 165 \u00b0F. Laissez reposer, puis tranchez.<br>Pr\u00e9parez la sauce Alfredo : Dans une casserole, faites fondre le beurre \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter l&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9 et la poudre d&#8217;ail, en remuant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient parfum\u00e9s. Saupoudrer de farine et fouetter jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse. Ajoutez progressivement le lait et la cr\u00e8me en fouettant continuellement. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis laisser mijoter jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement. Retirer du feu et incorporer le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.<br>Assembler\u00a0: verser uniform\u00e9ment la sauce Alfredo sur les tortellini.
