Nous avons tellement aim\u00e9 ces c\u00f4telettes que maintenant je cuisine beaucoup moins souvent des c\u00f4telettes de viande ordinaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette recette est non seulement \u00e9conomique, mais donne \u00e9galement de nombreuses c\u00f4telettes juteuses ! S&#8217;il vous reste un morceau de viande hach\u00e9e, assurez-vous d&#8217;essayer de le pr\u00e9parer. Je fais frire les escalopes dans une po\u00eale bien chauff\u00e9e avec de l&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, sans les rouler dans la farine.
