Ajouter le b\u0153uf et cuire, en remuant constamment, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit dor\u00e9 de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Retirez le b\u0153uf de la po\u00eale avec une \u00e9cumoire et r\u00e9servez.<br>Pr\u00e9parez la sauce en fouettant ensemble 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vin de cuisson, 1,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce aux hu\u00eetres, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sauce soja noire, 1\/4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dans un bol.<br>Ajouter l&#8217;ail, le gingembre et l&#8217;oignon dans la po\u00eale et cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient ramollis, environ 30 secondes.<br>Remettez le b\u0153uf dans la po\u00eale et versez la sauce.
