Nous lavons \u00e9galement les tomates, retirons le noyau et les coupons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hacher les l\u00e9gumes :<\/strong>&nbsp;Broyer tous les l\u00e9gumes dans un hachoir \u00e0 viande. Nous passons \u00e9galement le piment dans un hachoir \u00e0 viande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Premi\u00e8re cuisson :<\/strong>&nbsp;Placer le poivron \u00e9cras\u00e9 sur le feu et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu moyen. Quand \u00e7a bout, ajoutez les tomates et le piment. Ajoutez ensuite le sucre et le sel. Cuire 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ajout d&#8217;ail et d&#8217;\u00e9pices :<\/strong>&nbsp;Hachez l&#8217;ail et ajoutez-le dans la po\u00eale. Des \u00e9pices (coriandre et poivre noir moulu) peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9es au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ajout d&#8217;herbes et d&#8217;huile :<\/strong>&nbsp;Hachez les l\u00e9gumes verts pas trop finement (~0,5-0,7 cm) et ajoutez-les aux l\u00e9gumes. Ajoutez l&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la fin et laissez cuire encore 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conservation :<\/strong>&nbsp;Versez l&#8217;adjika pr\u00e9par\u00e9 dans des bocaux st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s et roulez avec des couvercles st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adjika se conserve bien tout l&#8217;hiver.
