Ajouter les tomates hach\u00e9es et les oignons nouveaux et cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient tendres, environ 5 minutes.<br>Fouettez les \u0153ufs. Dans un bol, fouettez ensemble les \u0153ufs et le sel.<br>M\u00e9langez les tomates, les oignons nouveaux et les \u0153ufs. Ajoutez le m\u00e9lange de tomates et d&#8217;oignons nouveaux aux \u0153ufs et m\u00e9langez.<br>Faites cuire l&#8217;omelette. Faites chauffer un peu plus d&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans la po\u00eale. Versez le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u0153ufs et faites cuire \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les bords commencent \u00e0 prendre. Inclinez la po\u00eale pour permettre \u00e0 l&#8217;\u0153uf cru de couler vers les bords.<br>Saupoudrer de graines de s\u00e9same. Une fois l\u2019omelette presque cuite, saupoudrez-la de graines de s\u00e9same.<br>Pliez et servez. Pliez l&#8217;omelette en deux et laissez cuire encore une minute ou deux, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle soit bien cuite. Sers imm\u00e9diatement.<br><strong>Voici quelques conseils pour pr\u00e9parer une bonne omelette :<br><\/strong>Utilisez une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive pour retourner facilement.<br>Ne faites pas trop cuire l&#8217;omelette. Il doit \u00eatre bien cuit mais encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement humide au centre.<br>Soyez cr\u00e9atif avec vos garnitures\u00a0!
