Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuire le m\u00e9lange\u00a0:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans une casserole moyenne, m\u00e9langer la pur\u00e9e de fraises, le sucre cristallis\u00e9 et le sirop de ma\u00efs. Remuer pour combiner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire \u00e0 feu moyen, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange commence \u00e0 bouillir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ajoutez de la pectine et du bicarbonate de soude\u00a0:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langez la pectine de fruits avec le bicarbonate de soude. Le m\u00e9lange va p\u00e9tiller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez le m\u00e9lange de pectine au m\u00e9lange de fraises bouillant et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Continuer la cuisson\u00a0:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continuez \u00e0 cuire le m\u00e9lange en remuant constamment jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il atteigne 220 \u00b0F (104 \u00b0C) sur un thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 bonbons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ajoutez de l&#8217;acide citrique\u00a0:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retirez la casserole du feu.
