Ajoutez les tranches de pommes, la cassonade, le sucre cristallis\u00e9, la cannelle et la muscade. Cuire, en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les pommes soient tendres et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es, environ 8 \u00e0 10 minutes.<br>\u00c9talez uniform\u00e9ment le m\u00e9lange de pommes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es sur la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e en laissant une petite bordure sur les bords.<br>Cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 pendant 20 \u00e0 25 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit dor\u00e9e et gonfl\u00e9e.<br>Pendant que la tarte cuit, pr\u00e9parez la sauce toffee. Dans une petite casserole, m\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse et l&#8217;extrait de vanille. Chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br>Retirez la casserole du feu et ajoutez les morceaux de caramel en remuant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient fondus et lisses.<br>Une fois la tarte cuite, arrosez le dessus de la sauce au caramel ti\u00e8de.<br>Laissez la tarte refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avant de servir.
