Une fois \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, r\u00e9duisez le feu \u00e0 doux, couvrez et laissez mijoter pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que l&#8217;eau soit absorb\u00e9e et que le riz soit tendre.<br>Retirer du feu et laisser reposer, couvert, pendant 5 minutes. Remuer avec une fourchette avant de servir.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 :<br><\/strong>Dans une grande po\u00eale, cuire le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 \u00e0 feu moyen-vif jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit dor\u00e9 et bien cuit, en le brisant avec une spatule pendant la cuisson. \u00c9goutter tout exc\u00e8s de graisse.<br>Ajouter l&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9 dans la po\u00eale et cuire encore 1 \u00e0 2 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit parfum\u00e9.<br>Dans un petit bol, fouetter ensemble la cassonade, la sauce soja, l&#8217;huile de s\u00e9same, le gingembre moulu, les flocons de piment rouge et le poivre noir.<br>Versez le m\u00e9lange de sauce sur le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 cuit et m\u00e9langez.
