usage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cassonade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beurre sal\u00e9 froid et coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sauce caramel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flocons de sel marin<br><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C) et graissez un plat allant au four avec du beurre ou un spray antiadh\u00e9sif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les tranches de poires avec le jus de citron pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elles ne brunissent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer le sucre cristallis\u00e9, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et la cannelle moulue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez le m\u00e9lange de sucre aux tranches de poires et m\u00e9langez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient bien enrob\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transf\u00e9rez le m\u00e9lange de poires dans le plat allant au four pr\u00e9par\u00e9, en l&#8217;\u00e9talant uniform\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer les flocons d&#8217;avoine \u00e0 l&#8217;ancienne, la farine tout usage et la cassonade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez le beurre froid coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s au m\u00e9lange d&#8217;avoine et utilisez vos doigts ou un emporte-pi\u00e8ce pour m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit friable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saupoudrer le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;avoine sur les poires dans le plat allant au four.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 pendant 35 \u00e0 40 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la garniture soit dor\u00e9e et que les poires soient tendres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirer du four et laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser la sauce caramel sur le croustillant chaud et saupoudrer de flocons de sel marin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir ti\u00e8de le croustillant de poire au caramel sal\u00e9, \u00e9ventuellement accompagn\u00e9 d&#8217;une boule de glace
