{"id":12458,"date":"2024-06-20T05:15:18","date_gmt":"2024-06-20T05:15:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=12458"},"modified":"2024-06-20T05:15:19","modified_gmt":"2024-06-20T05:15:19","slug":"delicieux-poulet-tocino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=12458","title":{"rendered":"D\u00e9licieux Poulet Tocino"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-108.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-108.png 512w, https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-108-240x300.png 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>900 g de cuisses de poulet d\u00e9soss\u00e9es et sans peau, tranch\u00e9es finement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 ml de jus d&#8217;ananas (pour attendrir et ajouter un l\u00e9ger piquant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g de cassonade (pour la douceur et la caram\u00e9lisation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml de sauce soja (pour la couleur et le go\u00fbt sal\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9 (pour l&#8217;ar\u00f4me et la saveur)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre noir moulu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre de rocou (achuete) pour la couleur (facultatif)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De l&#8217;huile de cuisson, pour la friture<br>Instructions:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la marinade :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer le jus d&#8217;ananas, la cassonade, la sauce soja, l&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9, le sel, le poivre et la poudre de rocou si vous en utilisez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bien m\u00e9langer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dissous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Faire mariner le poulet :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ajoutez les tranches de poulet \u00e0 la marinade en veillant \u00e0 ce que chaque morceau soit bien enrob\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrir le bol et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au moins 4 heures, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence toute la nuit, pour permettre aux saveurs de se fondre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuire le Tocino :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen et ajoutez un peu d&#8217;huile de cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites frire les tranches de poulet marin\u00e9es par lots, en les retournant de temps en temps, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient enti\u00e8rement cuites et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.
