Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu moyen-vif, puis r\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. \u00c9crasez les baies \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re en bois ou d&#8217;un presse-pur\u00e9e.<br>Laisser mijoter pendant 7 \u00e0 10 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la confiture \u00e9paississe. Laissez-le refroidir apr\u00e8s l&#8217;avoir transf\u00e9r\u00e9 dans un bol.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez les sandwichs\u00a0: <\/strong>coupez le fromage brie en morceaux de \u00bd pouce d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur. Chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen; beurrer un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de quatre tranches de pain et les placer c\u00f4t\u00e9 beurr\u00e9 vers le bas dans la po\u00eale.<br>Garnir de tranches de brie et saupoudrer de thym hach\u00e9. Laissez le pain frire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le brie ramollisse et que le pain devienne dor\u00e9.<br>\u00c9talez une couche \u00e9paisse de confiture de m\u00fbres sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 non beurr\u00e9 des tranches de pain restantes. Placez-les c\u00f4t\u00e9 confiture vers le bas sur le brie.<br>Beurrer le dessus des sandwichs et retourner d\u00e9licatement.
