Ajouter le quinoa rinc\u00e9, r\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 doux, couvrir et laisser mijoter environ 15 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le liquide soit absorb\u00e9 et que le quinoa soit tendre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirer du feu et laisser reposer \u00e0 couvert pendant 5 minutes. \u00c9crasez le quinoa avec une fourchette et laissez-le refroidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la vinaigrette\u00a0:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un petit bol, fouetter ensemble l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, le jus de citron vert, le vinaigre de vin rouge, l&#8217;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9, le sel et le poivre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assemblez la salade :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer le quinoa cuit et refroidi, les d\u00e9s d&#8217;avocat, les tomates cerises, le concombre, l&#8217;oignon rouge, la coriandre, les haricots noirs et le ma\u00efs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez la vinaigrette sur la salade et m\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ajoutez les garnitures\u00a0:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, saupoudrez la salade de fromage feta \u00e9miett\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Servir\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Servir la salade imm\u00e9diatement ou r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer une heure pour que les saveurs se m\u00e9langent.
