Ajouter les oignons et cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient ramollis, environ 5 minutes.<br>Ajouter les pommes de terre coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s et le brocoli dans la po\u00eale et cuire encore 10 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les pommes de terre soient tendres et croustillantes.<br>Incorporer l&#8217;ail et cuire encore une minute.<br>Dans un grand bol, fouettez ensemble les \u0153ufs et le lait. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre.<br>Versez le m\u00e9lange d&#8217;\u0153ufs sur le m\u00e9lange de pommes de terre dans la po\u00eale.<br>Saupoudrer le dessus de fromage cheddar.<br>Cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 5 \u00e0 7 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les bords soient pris et que le fond soit dor\u00e9.<br>Utilisez une spatule pour d\u00e9tacher les bords de la frittata.<br>Retournez d\u00e9licatement la frittata \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une assiette ou d&#8217;un couvercle.
