M\u00e9langez-les d\u00e9licatement.<br><strong>Vinaigrette\u00a0:<\/strong> Dans un petit bol, fouetter ensemble le yaourt grec (ou la mayonnaise), le miel (ou le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable) et le jus de citron jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse. Go\u00fbtez et rectifiez l&#8217;assaisonnement avec un peu de sel, si besoin.<br><strong>M\u00e9langer\u00a0:<\/strong> verser la vinaigrette sur le m\u00e9lange de pommes. Remuer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que tous les ingr\u00e9dients soient bien enrob\u00e9s de vinaigrette. Le jus de citron contenu dans la vinaigrette aidera \u00e0 emp\u00eacher les pommes de brunir trop rapidement.<br><strong>R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer : <\/strong>Bien que vous puissiez servir la salade imm\u00e9diatement, la laisser refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant environ une heure permet aux saveurs de bien se fondre.<br><strong>Servir\u00a0:<\/strong> Remuez une derni\u00e8re fois la salade avant de servir.
