Beurrer un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re de 9 pouces.<br>Dans un bol moyen, m\u00e9langer la chapelure de biscuits Graham, 1\/4 tasse de sucre et le beurre fondu. Presser le m\u00e9lange au fond du moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9.<br>Dans un grand bol, battre le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et 1 tasse de sucre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse. Ajouter l&#8217;extrait de vanille et battre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<br>Ajouter les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un en battant bien apr\u00e8s chaque ajout. Incorporer l&#8217;ananas \u00e9cras\u00e9, le jus d&#8217;orange et le zeste d&#8217;orange jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9.<br>R\u00e9partissez la p\u00e2te dans deux bols. Ajoutez du colorant alimentaire orange dans un bol et du colorant alimentaire jaune dans l&#8217;autre, si vous le souhaitez. M\u00e9langez les deux p\u00e2tes ensemble dans la cro\u00fbte pr\u00e9par\u00e9e.<br>Cuire au four pendant 50 \u00e0 60 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le centre soit pris. Laisser refroidir sur une grille pendant 10 minutes avant de passer un couteau sur le pourtour du moule pour le d\u00e9tacher. Laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement avant de retirer le bord du moule.<br>R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au moins 4 heures ou toute la nuit avant de servir.
