Notez que nous utilisons un four \u00e0 gaz qui chauffe assez \u2013 vous pouvez augmenter la temp\u00e9rature jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 200 \u00b0C (390 \u00b0F) dans un four \u00e9lectrique sans ventilation forc\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de miel sur chaque feuille de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9partissez les noix, le fromage bleu et le parmesan et r\u00e9partissez-les sur chaque feuille de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e. Garnir de feuilles de thym frais et assaisonner de sel marin et de poivre concass\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roulez chaque feuille de p\u00e2te et coupez-la en deux dans le sens de la longueur (vous devrez peut-\u00eatre rentrer la p\u00e2te apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9coupe pour continuer \u00e0 la remplir).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9, tordez d\u00e9licatement chaque longueur de p\u00e2te et r\u00e9alisez une forme de boudin rond.
