Tout d\u2019abord, je lave les abricots et enl\u00e8ve les noyaux. Je pr\u00e9pare une petite portion &#8211; environ 500 g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je mets les abricots dans un moule en verre et ajoute du sucre. Je prends habituellement environ 400 g de sucre (si on veut manger la confiture tout de suite, 250 g suffisent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Snimok-ekrana-2024-07-05-v-10.28.44-500x202.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65002\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajoutez 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019ai mis le moule au micro-ondes pendant 7 minutes \u00e0 puissance maximale (dans mon cas c\u2019est 800 W). Une fois le micro-ondes \u00e9teint, remuez la confiture et laissez reposer encore 7 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous envisagez de manger la confiture tout de suite, ce temps est suffisant. Mais je veux le conserver jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;hiver, alors j&#8217;ajoute encore 5 minutes, en r\u00e9duisant la puissance \u00e0 moyenne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jemchyjinka.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Snimok-ekrana-2024-07-05-v-10.28.54-500x216.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65003\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00eat! J&#8217;enl\u00e8ve la mousse (c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s savoureux) et verse la confiture dans des pots st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je vis les couvercles, les emballe et les laisse jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils refroidissent compl\u00e8tement. C&#8217;est une \u00e9tape obligatoire ! Je verse un peu d&#8217;eau au fond de chaque pot et st\u00e9rilise \u00e0 puissance maximale pendant 3 minutes. Je vide l\u2019eau restante et c\u2019est fait.
