Ou achetez du gla\u00e7age du commerce.<br>Dans une petite casserole, faire chauffer le vinaigre balsamique et le miel \u00e0 feu moyen. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition douce, r\u00e9duire le feu pour laisser mijoter et cuire en remuant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange \u00e9paississe et r\u00e9duise environ de moiti\u00e9 (environ 5 minutes). Retirer du feu et verser le gla\u00e7age balsamique dans un bol r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur pour qu&#8217;il refroidisse. Le gla\u00e7age deviendra plus \u00e9pais en refroidissant. La consistance doit \u00eatre suffisamment \u00e9paisse pour recouvrir le dos de la cuill\u00e8re, mais ne doit pas \u00eatre trop \u00e9paisse. Utilisez le gla\u00e7age une fois qu&#8217;il est compl\u00e8tement refroidi.<br>Assemblage de salade<br>Ma m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 disposer les ingr\u00e9dients de la salade dans des bols \u00e0 salade individuels. Ajouter les b\u00e9b\u00e9s \u00e9pinards dans des bols \u00e0 salade individuels. Garnir de tranches de p\u00eaches, de m\u00fbres, de pacanes grill\u00e9es (certaines enti\u00e8res, d&#8217;autres hach\u00e9es) et de fromage feta \u00e9miett\u00e9. Arrosez chaque bol \u00e0 salade de gla\u00e7age balsamique.<br>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser un grand bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer pour m\u00e9langer les pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards, les tranches de p\u00eaches, les m\u00fbres, les pacanes grill\u00e9es (certaines enti\u00e8res, d&#8217;autres hach\u00e9es) et le fromage feta \u00e9miett\u00e9. M\u00e9langer pour combiner.
