Pelez et r\u00e2pez les pommes de terre.<br>2. Pressez les pommes de terre r\u00e2p\u00e9es pour en extraire l&#8217;exc\u00e8s d&#8217;humidit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un torchon propre.<br>3. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez les pommes de terre r\u00e2p\u00e9es, la f\u00e9cule, le cheddar r\u00e2p\u00e9, le persil hach\u00e9 et le sel. M\u00e9langez bien pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange uniforme.<br>4. Fa\u00e7onnez le m\u00e9lange en galettes ou dans la forme souhait\u00e9e.<br><br><strong>Pour l&#8217;enrobage :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Dans un bol peu profond, battez l&#8217;\u0153uf.<br>6. Placez la chapelure dans un autre bol peu profond.<br><br><strong>Pour la friture :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Chauffer l&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif.<br>8. Tremper chaque galette de pommes de terre dans l&#8217;\u0153uf battu, en s&#8217;assurant qu&#8217;elle est enti\u00e8rement enrob\u00e9e.<br>9. Ensuite, enrobez-la de chapelure, en appuyant doucement pour qu&#8217;elle adh\u00e8re.<br>10. Placez soigneusement les galettes enrob\u00e9es dans l&#8217;huile chaude.<br>11. Faites frire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient dor\u00e9es et croustillantes des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, environ 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br>12.
