Pour drainer.<br>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de le laisser reposer toute la nuit. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Pour la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e9noise, m\u00e9langer la farine de bl\u00e9 type 405 avec la levure et le sucre.<br>P\u00e9trir avec la margarine et les \u0153ufs. M\u00e9langez les tranches d&#8217;amandes et les raisins secs \u00e9goutt\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. Beurrer une demi-plaque \u00e0 four d&#8217;environ 34 x 24 cm.<br>Saupoudrer de chapelure. Lisser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau dessus.
