Battre les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient fermes. Battre le beurre avec le sucre et le sucre vanill\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance tr\u00e8s mousseuse. Ajoutez d\u00e9licatement les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153ufs et continuez de battre vigoureusement. M\u00e9langez la farine avec la levure chimique et la poudre \u00e0 pouding et ajoutez progressivement au m\u00e9lange de beurre. Ajoutez lentement le lait et enfin incorporez d\u00e9licatement les blancs d&#8217;\u0153ufs battus. Versez la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 cake tr\u00e8s bien graiss\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien \u00e9goutter les p\u00eaches. Couper en huiti\u00e8mes et r\u00e9partir sur le m\u00e9lange.
