On hache ou hache tous les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 notre go\u00fbt, selon que l&#8217;on aime les morceaux plus ou moins gros.<br>2. Faire chauffer 5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive \u00e0 feu moyen, quand elle est r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e ajouter l&#8217;oignon, le poivron et la carotte. On continue la cuisson jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient poch\u00e9s, pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;ils ne se dess\u00e8chent on peut mettre un couvercle ou ajouter un trait d&#8217;eau.<br>3. Une fois les l\u00e9gumes poch\u00e9s, ajouter la viande hach\u00e9e en la d\u00e9faisant \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re ou d&#8217;une spatule en bois.
