{"id":13634,"date":"2024-07-26T17:44:35","date_gmt":"2024-07-26T17:44:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=13634"},"modified":"2024-07-26T17:44:36","modified_gmt":"2024-07-26T17:44:36","slug":"choux-de-bruxelles-au-fromage-a-la-creme-et-sauce-moutarde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-fr.top\/?p=13634","title":{"rendered":"Choux de Bruxelles au fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et sauce moutarde"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">120 ml de bouillon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gousse d&#8217;ail<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">450 g de choux de Bruxelles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 oignon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g de fromage frais<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 bomb\u00e9e de moutarde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs si n\u00e9cessaire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">un peu de sel et de poivre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">un peu de muscade r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9paration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nettoyez d&#8217;abord les choux de Bruxelles et faites-les cuire dans de l&#8217;eau sal\u00e9e.<br>\u00c9pluchez ensuite l&#8217;oignon et l&#8217;ail.<br>Faites ensuite chauffer l&#8217;huile dans une po\u00eale et faites frire les deux ingr\u00e9dients jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient croustillants. D\u00e9glacer ensuite avec le bouillon.<br>Ajoutez maintenant le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et la moutarde et remuez bien.
