D\u00e9licieux dessert faible en calories !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici une d\u00e9licieuse recette de dessert peu calorique et sans sucre qui ne n\u00e9cessite que 3 ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glace \u00e0 la banane<br>Ingr\u00e9dients:<br>Bananes m\u00fbres \u2013 3 pi\u00e8ces<br>Poudre de cacao (non sucr\u00e9e) \u2013 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe<br>Beurre de cacahu\u00e8te (sans saveur) \u2013 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe<br>Pr\u00e9paration:<br>Pelez les bananes et coupez-les en petits morceaux.<br>Placez les tranches de banane dans un r\u00e9cipient et congelez-les pendant 2-3 heures jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient fermes.<br>Retirez les bananes congel\u00e9es et placez-les dans un mixeur.<br>Ajoutez la poudre de cacao et le beurre de cacahu\u00e8te.<br>Battre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne lisse et cr\u00e9meux.<br>Servir imm\u00e9diatement ou congeler 30 minutes pour une texture plus ferme.<br>Bon Appetit!
