M\u00e9langez les ingr\u00e9dients, puis ajoutez la farine, la levure chimique et continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer.<br>Lorsque la p\u00e2te commence \u00e0 se former, travaillez-la avec vos mains pour la compacter.<br>Divisez la p\u00e2te en 12 boules \u00e9gales, disposez-les sur une assiette bien espac\u00e9e et couvrez d&#8217;un film plastique. Laissez reposer 30 minutes.<br>\u00c9talez chaque boule avec un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, roulez-la et formez un tourbillon.
