Verser sur la viande. Cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 6 \u00e0 8 heures.<br>Dans une tasse, m\u00e9langer la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et la sauce \u00e0 la mijoteuse jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 consistance lisse. Ajouter \u00e0 la mijoteuse. Bien m\u00e9langer pour combiner. (Si la sauce n&#8217;\u00e9paissit pas, essayez de la porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition sur le feu avec le m\u00e9lange de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. Faites bouillir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle atteigne la consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.)<br>Ajoutez le brocoli dans la mijoteuse.
