Cr\u00e8me : m\u00e9langez les \u0153ufs et le sucre dans une casserole.&nbsp;Ajouter ensuite l&#8217;amidon, la vanilline et le lait chaud.&nbsp;Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laissez \u00e9paissir la cr\u00e8me.&nbsp;Laisser ensuite refroidir la cr\u00e8me et ajouter le fromage.<br>2. Montez le g\u00e2teau dans un moule et placez-le au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 4-5 heures.<br>3.
